1.We now have a mixed circuit which is located on the lower level of the premises, which is a separate entity to Gympohobics - ladies only gym, and still operates under the Gymophobic brand.
2. The circuit in the main reception will remain Women's only and will not be accessed by men and will operate under the original Gymophobic brand
3. There is now a separate entrance for men which is located at the rear of the car park.
4. Women are welcome to use the mixed circuit at anytime.
