3rd Aug - Fantasti Results in just 10 wks !!
Our eldest member at 84 has had her first reassessment and in just 10 weeks she has lost 7.5lbs and 12inches. When talking to her at her reassessment she said " Well if can do this anyone can - I hope it will encourage others my age to come to the gym to get fit!" What a result
