We are delighted to be running our very own slimming club on site for our memebrs. Weekly classes are held on a monday from 6-7pm and 7-8pm. Price £4.50 per week or £45 for 12 weeks paid up front. Class members are supplied with their own 54321 booklet - to help them monitor their eating habits. The classes cover lots of useful tips to keep the members on track with their healthy eating habits !!
