Do you want to wear a strapless dress yet feel that your arms and shoulders are too big? Maybe you want to have a sweetheart waistline but feel that your waist is one of your main problem areas. Debbie will help you to identify the style that will perfectly compliment the new shape that you are setting out to achieve.

Here at Gymophobics we can help you to drop a dress size or more within 10 weeks. On joining, you will have a full consultation inc:

- A full figure analysis

- Full body fat scan

- All measurements will be taken

- An overview of your medical history

- Blood pressure check

- Your fat burning zone will be calculated

- We will help you to identify your problem weight areas

Your personal instructor and you will build your own training programme, including various routines so you won’t get bored. She will even incorporate rest days into your schedule as this is when the body rests and improves.

Our instructors are always on hand to keep you motivated, coming back for more. We will help you to stay focused on your big day. We help you to “keep it real”, it is important that you are sensible and true to yourself and aim to be toned rather being obsessed with becoming a certain size.
